The Blueprint/ Release Date May 18th
It seems that Kirk Franklin is already prepared for his latest in a book that he has titled The Blueprint. In Kirk Franklin’s own words, he describes the book as coming from his own personal perspective “2010 Christian moderate with swag”. Above is the official cover art for the book, and it is available now online for pre-order.
While it may seem that the book is currently completely finished, it isn’t. The cover art and everything is done, however, Kirk is still in the process of putting the finishing touches on the work of art. Speaking of releases from Kirk Franklin, he is also preparing to start on his new album, so be looking for the new arrivals coming from Kirk Franklin’s way.
Here is what the word is on Keri Hilson – a possible christian inspirational album? You heard it right. Word out of INN THE BASEMENT, Keri Hilson is on the move recording as a newer artist in the entertainment industry and recently won at the NAACP awards.

Keri Hilson addressed the press after the NAACP awards ended, and dressed in a lovely black gown, professed her Christianity and when asked the question of possibly recording an inspirational album, she responded:
“It’s very possible, it’s very possible. I’m a Christian woman and … yes I do believe He’s brought me here to have a platform…I’m asking Him exactly what that will be…it is very possilbe. I would definitely do an inspirational song to start with…”
So we will all see when this will take place, and as a Christian, doing that inspirational song to start with is more than likely a sure thing to come from Keri Hilson.
Mary Mary is on the move for 2010, and it looks like their new book will be delivered to stores in the month of April, titled Be U. This is even more fabulous because it goes along with new music from Mary Mary that is due to drop in the month of September. This isn’t all though. The new fashionable clothing line called The Be U Collection by Mary Mary comes out in July, three months after Erica gives birth to her baby in April. Fab, right?

Gospel Rap Extravaganza wasn’t all that extravagant for rapper DMX or the others who purchased tickets for the gospel concert at Arizona High School. Oh what happened now? Well, it looks as if branding the performances with DMX as the feature performer didn’t sit too well with the school’s principle, so the church had to cancel the show.
The school – Morning Star Sanctified Church – did receive the 500 dollar deposit back that they gave the school for the concert, however, which is a great thing. It seems that the trouble that tends to follow DMX was the cause of the whole fall out.
On DMX’s end, he has always been in battle with his carnal vs spiritual side. On one end, DMX continues to always get in some sort of trouble, even spending time in prison, but on the other end, DMX has always stated that his calling is to pastor or preach the gospel. At war internally? Yes, is the worst type of war.
